Building Strong Muslim Identities
IFGSTL is pleased to relaunch our weekend class for boys and girls (6–15). This program is designed for youth to learn the essentials of Islam in an environment that seeks to nurture and develop a deep love and connection to Allah Ta'ala and His Beloved Messenger (S).
Students will be engaged in a curriculum that covers du'a, hadith, adab, sunnah, and Qur'an. In today's environment, it is very challenging for our Muslim youth to maintain their identities. Thus, one of the essential goals of this program is to provide the youth with a spiritual environment that builds positive Muslim identities and inspires the youth to engage themselves in learning and practicing their deen.
Our Curriculum
Qur'an
Recitation, memorization, and understanding of the Holy Qur'an with proper tajweed.
Hadith
Study of the sayings and traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (S) and their application in daily life.
Du'a
Learning essential supplications and the etiquette of making du'a to Allah Ta'ala.
Adab
Islamic manners, etiquette, and character development rooted in the Sunnah.
Sunnah
Practical application of the Prophet's (S) way of life in everyday situations.
Islamic Identity
Fostering a strong, positive Muslim-American identity in today's diverse environment.

Our mission of shaping the minds of today's young Muslims and fostering their Muslim-American identity is one of the most noble professions, and we are immensely proud to have the opportunity to fulfill this role.

Together with parents and the community, we strive to raise a generation of confident, practicing Muslims who are proud of their identity and equipped to navigate the world with wisdom and integrity.
Enrollment Information
Sunday Madrassa IFGSTL welcomes all Muslim children between the ages of 6 and 15. Enrollment is open to boys and girls and is subject to available capacity in each class level.
